For Everyone

For Everyone

DAC is open for all who are interested in taking part in athletics in the Dorchester and West Dorset area. We are a friendly club, encouraging our athletes to have fun, train hard, and participate in competitive athletics.

It doesn’t matter if you are just beginning or are an experienced athlete. We welcome all abilities, from age 9 upwards. We have training groups for track and field and road running and cross country and participate in a number of regional athletics leagues.

If you are interested in joining us, either as an athlete or as a volunteer helper, please get in touch!

Dorset Sustainable Palm Oil Community

Dorchester Athletic Club is committed to participating in the Dorset Sustainable Palm Oil Community initiative and as a club, we pledge to ensure that any food we purchase as a club will only have sustainable palm oil in it.
We know that using sustainable palm oil, we are helping to support livelihoods, fight climate change
and protect wildlife around the world from the impact of unsustainable agricultural practices.
